CLAREMORE — A recent poll of registered Republicans indicates Markwayne Mullin has a wide margin over his opponent George Faught.
Mullin and Faught are vying to fill the Second District Congressional seat being vacated by Rep. Dan Boren.
Mullin leads Faught 57 percen to 20 percent, according to the poll.
The poll of 400 Republicans, who are likely to vote in the Aug. 28 run-off election, were interviewed between July 9-10 by Cole Hargrave Snodgrass & Associates, Inc. The poll has a margin of error of 4.9 percent.
