Cherokee Nation hosts job fair

CATOOSA — The Cherokee Nation is sponsoring a job and tribal program resource fair from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Thursday, April 7 in the Sequoyah Ballroom of the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa, 777 W. Cherokee St.

At the fair, attendees will be able to learn about current job openings with the Cherokee Nation and its entities.

Employment opportunities are not all the Cherokee Nation has to offer. Attendees will be provided with information about the ways the Nation assists its citizens with education, health and housing services and can also learn more about tribal programs that work to improve infrastructure and protect the environment for all of those living within the jurisdictional boundaries of the Cherokee Nation.

This event is free and open to the public. For more information call (918) 453-5673 or e-mail jan-stephens@cherokee.org.
