CLAREMORE — Crews are working to clear the scene of a BNSF train derailment in North Tulsa.
At least 20 railcars went off the track early Friday morning.
The accident occurred at 2 a.m. when the train hit a couple of cars, which uncoupled from another train.
Crews are working to clear debris from streets blocked in the area of Dawson and Yale.
Most of the train cars were hauling new automobiles, however a diesel fuel spill has been reported.
BNSF will be hosting a press conference at 9:30 a.m. to release more details.
