CLAREMORE — Formal charges have been filed against a Rogers County teen in connection with the October death of a Claremore woman.

Joel McCoy Reimer, 18, was charged Wednesday with one count of negligent homicide with a motor vehicle in the court of Rogers County Judge Terrell S. Crosson.
Reimer was westbound in a 2005 Dodge Pickup on EW44 near SH66 just before 3:30 a.m. on Oct. 30, 2012, when he failed to yield from a stop sign and was struck by a second vehicle, according to OHP reports.
Following the collision, a passenger from the second vehicle, 51-year-old Robin Webb, was transported by Air Evac to St. John Hospital, where she died from trunk and internal injuries.
