CLAREMORE — In the early morning of Nov. 17, Rogers County Deputy Brian Kindle was dispatched to 9500 South 4190 Road, in reference to a possible burglary in progress.

According to the report Kindle shined a spotlight at the house and observed a male and female exiting a white Chevy Blazer. The male suspect was later identified as Caleb Collum, 29.
Collum said their friend used to live in the residence and they were looking for him to help fight some other people, according to Kindle’s report.
After asking the suspects if he could search the vehicle, Kindle along with Deputy Daniel Welch found crystal meth supplies in the driver side door and back seat.
Deputies collected and secured the evidence in the trunk of the patrol vehicle. Collum was charged with possession of precursor with intent to manufacture and two counts for possession of controlled substance. His original court date is set for 10:30 a.m. today at the Rogers County Courthouse.
