A man has been arrested after he allegedly pointed a gun and fired a shot a Claremore woman.
Claremore Police Department records show that officers responded to a domestic disturbance involving Cameron Davis.
The alleged victim in the case told CPD officers that she and Davis were arguing "and he threatened to kill her."
She said he "pointed a gun at her and fired one round." and that after he shot "he explained that he did so because she told him to shoot her."
CPD Investigator Brant Bruner was later told that Davis threw the gun out the window of the car along Blue Starr Drive.
After the reported incident, officers were told, Davis tried to force his way in the residence and threatened to kill everyone inside.
Davis was arrested on felony charges of shooting with intent to kill and first degree burglary.
Bond was set at $200,000 and he was ordered to have no contact with the alleged victim.
