A Texas couple accused of leaving their children in the car while they went into Hard Rock Casino is facing criminal charges in Rogers County.

Records filed in the case show that Sgt. Doug Spencer, of Rogers County Sheriff's Office, was dispatched to the casino parking lot in reference to five children—nine months, three, six, eight and nine years old—being left in a vehicle.

Records show the engine was running and their air conditioner was on.

Dimitra Whitfield and Christopher Bailey were reportedly shown on casino surveillance "leaving the children in the vehicle unattended for approximately one hour."

Both were taken into custody and are each facing five counts of child endangerment.
