The 2017 season of West Bend on the Green Block Party wraps up the year with some frightful fun this week.
West Bend on the Green’s October Block Party will be 6-9 p.m. Tuesday on the grounds of the Claremore Expo Center, with Halloween-themed activities, food trucks, live entertainment provided by Move Trio, and a free movie for the little ghouls and goblins to begin at 7:30 p.m.
“Hocus Pocus” will be screened outdoors on the Expo Center grounds, so persons wanting to watch the film are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets for comfort. “Hocus Pocus” is rated PG.
Confirmed food trucks for the final Block Party of the season include Curbside Comfort, Celli’s Smokehouse, Taqueria El Jarocho, Kona Ice, Dorothy’s Wiches, and Neugin Concessions.
“With Halloween being just a few weeks away, we’re encouraging the kiddos to come out in their best Halloween costume,” said Allison Burkhead, event co-cordinator.
