Local pump prices up

Wall Street reports drop in oil prices

Wall Street reports this morning indicated oil prices fell on signs Iran was responding somewhat positively to a package of incentives by world powers hoping to curb its nuclear program. But motorists fueling up at the Fiesta Mart on Highway 20 in east Claremore found prices at the local gas pumps had jump 11 to 12 cents overnight, now $2.69 a gallon compared to $2.57 and $2.58 Tuesday afternoon. Morning market reports show a barrel of light crude was quoted at $71.93, down 57 cents, in electronic pre-opening trading on the New York Mercantile Exchange.
