Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday for the special elections of the Inola, Verdigris and Justus-Tiawah school districts.

Inola School District officials are asking voters to pass both a $1.5 million bond, as well as a $150,000 bond to address transportation needs. The $1.5 million bond will be used to construct new classrooms for early childhood education.

Verdigris school officials hope voters will pass a $6 million bond for a major update to its campus. The bond will pay for a new early childhood center, as well as updates throughout all buildings at Verdigris schools. An additional bond of $245,000 is also on the ballot for transportation.

Justus-Tiawah officials are hoping for the passing of a $600,000 bond for a new cafeteria.

Voters can cast absentee ballots at the Rogers County Election Board office on Friday, or Monday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
