A man found naked in his vehicle was allegedly arrested with a stash of methamphetamine, paraphernalia, pepper spray, a knife, air soft pistols, pornography, condoms and makeup.

Owasso Police Department's Officer Daniel Walters was patrolling Centennial Park when he spotted the vehicle parked there after park curfew.

"Upon shining my light inside, I observed a white male later identified as Ronnie Mallett, in the front passenger's seat asleep with what appeared to be no clothing on at all. I knocked on the windows several times. I observed Mallett moving around as if he was beginning to wake up but I was unable to get him to acknowledge me," Walters reported.

Walters describes attempting to wake Mallett multiple times.

Eventually, he reported, "The subject began to wake up. As soon as he saw our presence he began reaching around and would not show his hands. Officer Sellers and I repeatedly yelled for the subject to show his hands and open the door."

Mallett allegedly refused to open his door and officers threatened to break the vehicle's window.

"I requested Officer Bell to provide lethal cover while I busted the side window. I retrieved my department issued baton and struck the side window one time, before Mallet finally opened the door," Walters reported.

Walters reported that he "dropped his baton and grabbed Mallett's left arm to extract him from the vehicle."

Mallett reportedly refused to comply with commands to put his hands behind his back but was ultimately secured into handcuffs. Officer Sellers utilized his K9 partner, Gideon, who allegedly alerted to the presence of drugs in the vehicle.

Records show officers located multiple bags containing methamphetamine, multiple pipes, including a light bulb that had been made into a makeshift pipe and a digital scale.

According to the affidavit, also found inside the vehicle was: a can of pepper spray, a black "Ruger" airsoft pistol in the passenger's floorboard, a fixed blade knife and a black 1911 style airsoft pistol in a shoulder holster, a camouflage bag containing two pipes and methamphetamine, pornographic DVDs, several condoms, and assorted makeup.

Mallett is facing possible charges of possession of a controlled dangerous substance within 1,000 feet of a park, unlawful possession of paraphernalia and obstructing an officer.
