Carol Round, Oklahoma author and international columnist, has just released her ninth book titled “Growing Confidently in Your Faith: A lifelong journey to becoming more like Jesus.”

Ms. Round will be signing copies of her new book at She Brews Coffee House located at 414 West Will Rogers Boulevard in Claremore on Thursday, November 9, 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.

The book, written especially for women, is designed to help women “who are searching for answers, searching for significance and searching for the One who can fill that emptiness,” Round said.

“Women long to look like the models on the covers of fashion magazines and in Hollywood. What many women fail to recognize is our self-worth comes from a relationship with Jesus and not in our appearance,” Ms. Round says.

Divided by monthly themes, the book offers a Monday devotional followed by a list of questions for reflection through the week. “For example, January’s devotionals embrace renewal, recommitment and rejoicing,” she says. “Each month, January through December, has a focused theme.”

Praise for Round’s new book includes the following:

Valder Bebee, Christian radio show host, writes, “’Growing confidently in your faith’ will empower, guide and inspire you to put your faith in what is true, what is good, and what is right, according to God’s Word as you build your everlasting relationship.”

Bible teacher and author Janey DeMeo says, “An inspiring and practical primer to Christian growth, ‘Growing confidently in your faith,’ is easy-to-read and enjoyable; the narrative is laced with creative anecdotes, and punctuated with pointers to gently push the reader forward into spiritual maturity.”

Linda Yezak, Chrisitan author and editor, adds, “Chock-full of spiritual truth, Godly wisdom, and tips for practical application, Carol’s devotional book is sure to bless its readers.”
