A man found asleep in his car in a Dollar General parking lot, with a syringe was arrested this weekend.

Rogers County Sheriff's Office reports that Sgt. Chris Buck was dispatched to Dollar General in Foyil in regards to a suspicious vehicle.

Buck was informed that a man, later identified as Benjamin Kraft, entered the store and asked if he could sleep in his car in the parking lot. He was reportedly told no, but was found asleep in his vehicle shortly thereafter.

"There was a used syringe and an upside down Red Bull can in the center console with a cotton swab and powder residue on it," according to RCSO. "Kraft admitted to having injected Suboxone a few hours prior. He also had seven Suboxone tablets in his pocket."

Kraft was reportedly arrested on a misdemeanor charge.
