Published May 10, 2008 11:25 am - Lila Price Claremore, OK — Lila Price 78, of Claremore, passed away May 4, 2008. Lila was born July 15, 1929. She was married to Raymond Price Aug. 3, 1946. She was preceded in death by her husband Raymond, and an infant son Kirby.
Lila moved to Claremore in 1964 where she was a beautician and later became a Realtor. Her husband was a builder in Claremore and she worked along side of him doing finishing work. Even into her 70’s she could be seen working with her daughter Jackie on three story scaffolding. She was active in the Church at Claremore. Lila is survived by her son David Price and wife Karen of Lanagan, Mo., daughters Cleo Taylor of Claremore, Jackie Crutchfield and husband Larry of Claremore, Myrna Price of Bellingsham, Wash., and a sister, Edna Price of Claremore. There will be a private service Sunday, May 11 in Prairie Grove, Ark. There will be a memorial service Monday, May 12 at 10 a.m. at Church at Claremore on Blue Starr Drive.
