CLAREMORE — A celebration of the life of Michelle Lea Hall will be 2 p.m. today, Nov. 20, 2013 at First Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Oakhill Cemetery in Oologah under the direction of Rice Funeral Service. Michelle passed away on November 14, 2013. She was 38.

Born in Rockford, Fla. on Sept. 23, 1975 to Orville Worden and Lenora Henderson, Michelle was raised and educated in Claremore.  After graduating from Claremore High School in 1993, she worked as an LPN while attending college to obtain a Nursing degree. Michelle achieved her goal and became a Registered Nurse. She was a loving and caring nurse at St. Francis Hospital and several other agencies; recently she worked as a Home Health Hospice nurse.

Michelle was a loving mother and worked hard to provide for her children’s needs.

With a servant’s heart, she also cared for countless other people by providing food, shelter and any other need she knew had arisen in her friends’ or families’ lives.  A positive person, Michelle never had a bad word to say about anyone. Michelle was also a truthful and forthcoming person who would not hesitate to tell her honest opinion in a hot minute.

Attending Cedar Point Church and being active in anything she felt God called her to do was important to Michelle. She lived life to the fullest and touched the lives of everyone she came into contact with. Her mother Lenora said, “My daughter was a giver; she was always willing to help everyone, no matter what.”  Daughters Katelyn and Kayla said, “Mom was a caring and loving person.

Her kids were the most important to her. She would do anything for us. We love you mom.”  Her eldest daughter Kelsie stated, “She was our rock and took care of all of us.” This sentiment was echoed repeatedly by numerous others, friends and family alike.

This loving wife, mother, and friend will be missed by all who knew her. Michelle is survived by her husband Kenny Hall of Collinsville, OK; her four children Kelsie Rhode, Katelyn Gafford, Kayla Gafford all of Claremore, and Kaleb Hall of Collinsville; sister Donna Kirby of Broken Arrow; brother Jimmy Lee and wife Andrea Miley of Bixby; several step-children, nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to the Michelle L. Hall Memorial Fund that has been established by her family for her children at RCB Bank.
