CLAREMORE — Memorial Services for John M. Coffman have been scheduled for 1 p.m., Saturday, May 11, 2013 at Hayhurst Funeral Home Chapel in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Rev. Bill Pylate will officiate.

John Milton Coffman, Jr. was born Dec. 13, 1951 in Pearl River, New York the son of John and Virginia (Olley) Coffman, Sr. John died Wednesday, May 8, 2013 at his home in Claremore, Okla. He was 61 years of age.

John was a member of the 1970 class of Pearl River, New York High School and attended Rockland Community College. He married the former Miss Lisa Erwin on July 16, 2005 at their home in Claremore, Oklahoma. They owned Spin City Laundry and a Repair Business called Coin-Op Laundry Repair. John loved his motorcycle and enjoyed Science Fiction. Memorials may be made to St. Francis Hospice, 6161 S. Yale, Tulsa, OK  74136. John was happiest while working on a project or working with his hands.

He is survived by, his wife, Lisa Coffman of Claremore; step-daughter, Casey Carlile of Norman, Okla.; step-son, Matt Carlile of Claremore; sisters, Catherine “Kitten” and husband Jim Barbour, Fla., Barbara and husband Tom Napolitano, Nanuet, N..Y, and Ginny Coffman of Claremore; Many other family and friends from the East Coast.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
