CLAREMORE — Paula Mary Clem was born Aug. 5, 1947 and passed away on Nov. 26, 2013.

She moved to Oklahoma from Michigan in 1975 with her two children, Paul Edward and Cheryl Ann. Paula put up a long brave fight with lung cancer. She had a good sense of humor and was able keep that sense of humor to the end. She worked at Claremore Nursing Home.  Paula was a very giving lady always willing to help anyone who needed it.  Family and friends were the highlight of her life.

Preceding her in death were her parents John and Norma Summerlee, her son Paul Edward Barnett and her brother John Summerlee II.

Surviving Paula is her daughter Cheryl Ann Hinkle of Claremore; sisters, Linda Hunter of Arizona, Carolyn Varner of Claremore, Sharon Hendrick of Missouri and Carrie Lopp of Tulsa; four beautiful grand-children and one precious great grandson and many nieces and nephews, She also leaves many very special long time friends, Barbara Robertson, Nathan Clem, Sam and Frankie Stone and so many others who will miss her dearly.  The family would like to thank the Hope Hospice team for such kind and loving care.
