Randy Brogdon, a returning state senator from Owasso, also visited Claremore last week. Brogdon’s Senate district includes the entire southwestern portion of Rogers County including Catoosa and major residential growth areas aligned west of Keetonville Hill.

Brogdon is a career businessman and noted conservative. He has been called a “champion of attempts to bring critically needed Tax reform to Oklahoma, including the introduction of the Oklahoma Taxpayers' Bill of Rights (TABOR)”.

Brogdon said we can expect more of the same from him and he is hoping the even party split in the State Senate will bode well for business interest in his district as well as the state.

Brogdon sits on the Senate Appropriations Committee, Business and Labor, Energy and Environment and Transportation.

He said the 193rd interchange and funding for the completion of Highway 20 are priorities in his district as well as Rogers County.
