GENERAL: This specification covers a 2007 or Newer SKID STEER LOADER. This unit shall be new, and the manufacturer’s latest current production model offered the commercial trade, with all standard accessories, completely assembled, fully serviced and ready to operate. Successful bidder shall meet or exceed the following minimum specifications. Successful bidder shall bid with a Lease Purchase Option and also a Full Purchase Option.

Engine: Liquid-cooled, 4 cylinder direct-injection diesel engine. Minimum 274 cubic inch displacement. Dryer type, dual element air cleaner. Inline fuel filter cartridge with water trap. Vertical spin-on engine oil filter. 21.5 fuel tank. Lockable rear door engine compartment.
2 Speed Transmission: Two (2) variable displacement piston pumps. Hydrostatic pumps that are directly driven off the engine flywheel. Fixed-displacement, high-efficiency drive motors. Six (6) micron rated full-flow return filter.
Chain Case: Two (2) heavy duty #100 HV drive chains for each chain case. Separate lubrication system for each chain case. Externally adjustable final drive chains.
Hydraulics: Piston type pump. Minimum 21.9 GPM at rated engine speed. Maximum system relief pressure of 3,000 PSI. Fully functional auxiliary hydraulic system with flat face hydraulic quick-couplers that supply hydraulic oil flow to attachments. 14.8 gallon hydraulic oil system.
Electrical System: 12 volt electrical system. Minimum 95-amp alternator. Single 925 CCA battery. Two (2) front work lights, one (1) rear work light. Two (2) amber front and two (2) amber rear turn signal/hazard lights.
Loader: The loader arms shall have a multi-link design with a vertical lift path. The loader and linkage/bucket shall also have the following features: Dual parallel lift cylinders. Dual parallel bucket cylinders. Vertical lift to maximize dump reach at maximum height. 72” 4x1 clam bucket. Bucket to be Heavy Duty, 87526 minimum. Hydraulic in cab switch for attachment mounting or dismounting.
Tires: 12 x 16.5 HD 10 ply tires. Minimum 420 lbs counter weights.

Performance: Minimum lift cylinder breakout force of 7,670 pounds force. Minimum bucket cylinder breakout force of 6,229 pound force. Maximum height to the top of the ROPS of 79.5 inches. Minimum dump height with loader arms at maximum heights of 101.9 inches. Minimum reach with bucket at full height of 32 inches. Minimum wheel base of 51 inches. Minimum tipping load capacity of 5,602 pounds. Minimum cycle time raising the loader arms with rated load of 3.0 seconds. Minimum cycle time lowering the loader arms (power down) with rated load of 4.3 seconds. Minimum bucket dump time 2.3 seconds. Minimum operating weight of 7,626 pounds.
Miscellaneous: Cold weather kit. Grid heater block heater. Remote jump start kit. Advanced instrument control with anti theft lock out code.

Rogers County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to accept in whole or in part, to waive any informalities, or technicalities in bids received, to accept bids on materials or equipment with variations from specification in those cases where efficiency of operation will not be impaired and unless otherwise specified by the bidder to accept any item in the bid.
