STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: JOSEPH C. SMITH and AMY DARLENE, husband and wife, and JOHN DOE, OCCUPANT and JANE DOE, OCCUPANT;
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT 1ST BANK OKLAHOMA, Plaintiff herein, has filed in the Court its Motion to Confirm Sale of the following described property located in Rogers County, Oklahoma:
The South 40 feet of Lot 4 in Block 45 of the Town of Inola, Rogers County, Oklahoma, according to the U.S. Government Survey thereof;
which has the address of: 103 A. Street, Inola, OK 74036; which property was sold by the Sheriff, after due and proper notice, to 1st Bank Oklahoma, for the sum of $114,400.00, on the 20th day of January, 2009; and the hearing of same has been set by the Judge of said Court for the 9 day of February, 2009 at 9:30 o’clock a.m, in the District Courtroom of the Rogers County Courthouse, Claremore, Oklahoma, and all persons interest in said sale are hereby notified then and there to appear and show cause, if any they have, why the said sale should not be confirmed.
