NOTICE IS GIVEN to James L. Ford; Spouse, if any of James L. Ford; John Doe, Occupant; Beneficial Oklahoma, Inc.; Capital One Bank (USA), N.A.; Atlantic Credit & Finance, Inc.; Beneficial Financial I Inc. that on July 12, 2012, at 10:00 o’clock, a.m., in the Court Room located at the Sheriff’s Office at 201 S. Cherokee of the County Courthouse in Claremore, Rogers County, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell for cash at public auction to the highest and best bidder, with appraisement, all that certain real estate in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to wit:

Sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Sale issued upon a judgment entered in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ-2011-782, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for the Structured Asset Investment Loan Trust, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-6 is Plaintiff and James L. Ford is/are Defendant(s) to satisfy said judgment in the sum of $101,225.61 together with interest at 5% per annum or at the current adjustable rate from June 1, 2011, including late charges, $1,800.00 for attorney’s fee, $490.00 advances for title search, taxes, insurance, property preservation and all costs of this action accrued and accruing.
