SE/4 OF NE/4 AND NW/4 OF SE/4 AND N/2 OF NE/4 OF SE/4 AND ALL OF THAT PORTION OF S/2 NW/4 OF SE/4 LYING NORTH OF HIGHWAY 169 AND SW/4 OF NE/4 IN SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 22 NORTH, RANGE 14 EAST OF THE INDIAN BASE AND MERIDIAN
NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicants, J.C. Bryson and Thelma Bryson, have filed an Application in this cause requesting the Corporation Commission of Oklahoma to enter an order as follows: (i) determine that the Respondent must take the necessary steps to remediate the surface of the lease being legally described as the SE/4 of NE/4 and NW/4 of SE/4 and N/2 of NE/4 of SE/4 and all of that portion S/2 NW/4 of SE/4 lying North of Highway 169 and SW/4 of NE/4 in Section 11, Township 22 North, Range 14 East of the Indian Base and Meridian, pursuant to the rules and regulations of the Commission; and (ii) determine that the Respondent is not in compliance with Oklahoma Corporation Commission rules and regulations concerning its oil and gas lease operations covering the SE/4 of NE/4 and NW/4 of SE/4 and N/2 of NE/4 of SE/4 and all of that portion of S/2 NW/4 of SE/4 lying North of Highway 169 and SW/4 of NE/4 in Section 11, Township 22 North, Range 14 East of the Indian Base and Meridian; and (iii) determine that Respondent is currently creating pollution from his past operations of the subject lease and that this lease has not been operated by Respondent in compliance with the rules and regulations of the Oklahoma Corporation Commission; and order the well in question to be plugged.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause will be heard before a Hearing Officer on the initial hearing docket at the Tulsa Office of the Oklahoma Corporation Commission, 440 S. Houston, Suite 114, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74127, at 9:30 a.m., on the 27 day of February, 2007, and that this notice be published as required by law and the rules of the Commission.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicants, J.C. Bryson and Thelma Bryson, and interested parties may present testimony by telephone. The cost of telephonic communication shall be paid by the person or persons requesting its use. Interested parties who wish to participate by telephone shall contact the Applicant’s attorney, prior to the hearing date, and provide their name and phone number.
