ROGERS COUNTY is seeking bids for the Lease Purchase of the following equipment.

Seven (7) or more Articulated Variable Horsepower Motor Graders:

MINIMUM 150 HORSEPOWER TO BE VARIABLE HORSEPOWER ARRANGEMENT GENERAL: The motor graders shall be new or used, not to exceed 3500 hours, and the latest current production model tandem drive heavy duty diesel powered motor grader for heavy work. Modifications of existing models or specifications to meet these requirements will not be acceptable and the machine must have been under Standard Protection for a minimum of six (6) months. The specifications listed herein are minimum and must be equal or exceeded for a bid to be considered.

Each County Commissioner receiving this unit will assign one (1) mechanic and two (2) operators to receive the training at the time this unit is put into actual operation for each district.

MANUALS AND PARTS BOOK:

Successful bidder shall furnish one (1) operation instruction manual for each. In addition, one (1) parts book and one (1) illustrated shop manual shall be furnished with each unit.

SPECIFICATIONS:

Each bidder shall submit complete manufacturer’s specifications in duplicate and shall submit all other data to show that their proposal meets these specifications.
