Will Rogers

New  York,  N. Y. — Nov. 19, 1928 — I am a great believer in all things happening for the best. Now, take Raskob.

I guess it’s just as well he wasn’t a success in politics, for don’t he go right to work and put out the cheapest six-cylinder car on the market? A cheap car means more to the people than  all the “burning issues of this great campaign.”

Now, maybe after Jan. l, Al will settle down and get his mind on something practical.

Hoover has to hurry up and get to South America before Calvin makes a speech and declares war on ‘em.

Yours,

Will Rogers
