CLAREMORE — Church activities list this week:


Foyil United Methodist Church is planning the following events for the month of June:

Saturday,  June 4: Garage and bake sale, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the church. Proceeds benefit youth summer camps.

Wednesday, June 8: Community Dinner Day, 11 a.m. Cost is $7.

Monday through Friday, June 13-17: Vacation Bible School, 6-8:45 p.m. Call Frankie at (918) 261-8108 for ages or more information.

Wednesday, June 22: Summer school tutoring, 1-4 p.m.

Sunday, June 29: Vacation Bible School Program. Call the church at (918) 341-0675 for more information.


Lifechanger Church will host its monthly Men’s Breakfast at 8 a.m. June 4. There will be a full breakfast menu available for no charge (donations are welcome). The church is located at 2221 Cornerstone Ave., 1/4 mile north of RSU on Highway 88.


The Ladies’ Ministry of First Baptist Church of Claremore and the Ladies’ Ministry of the Rogers Baptist Association will host the “918 Coupon Queen” Sarah Roe on Saturday, June 11, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., at First Baptist Church.

Roe is an award-winning blogger, radio and television celebrity, speaker and author.
