CLAREMORE — ANNUAL TEA

New Life Baptist Church will hosts its Ladies Ministry Annual Tea, Saturday, June 25 from 1-3 p.m.

The event is open to all women and their daughters. A salad luncheon will be served prior to the program. Carol Sallee will be the speaker, with music provided by Phyllis Walters. Door prizes will be given away and there is no cost to attend. A nursery will be available for children 3 and younger.

MICHAEL ENGLISH CONCERT

Michael English, member of the Gaither Vocal Band, will be in concert at Claremore Nazarene Church on July 10 at 6 p.m.

Opening for Michael will be Carson Wagner, pianist, from Tulsa. Also joining him will be Steve Ladd who was with Gold City Quartet for five years. Ladd will also present a solo concert at 10:40 a.m. at the church.

Doors will open at 5:00 for the evening concert. A love offering will be taken. The Celebrate Recovery program will have potato bar fundraiser at 4 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall.

  • Silent Auction Saturday at First Presbyterian Church Claremore

    First Presbyterian Church Claremore will host a Silent Auction from 9 a.m. to noon, Saturday, July 19.
    All items remaining in the two houses on 5th Street —105 and 109 E. 5th Street — will be auctioned off, among them, light fixtures, doors, cabinets, shelving, flooring, and more.
