CLAREMORE — First Christian Church will be serving hamburgers and hotdogs with their neighbors Memorial Day evening during Friendship Feast. Located at 5th and Florence, Chef Russ Riffle will charcoal in the parking lot of the church. Church members will bring their favorite side dish.

“It’s a way we hope to get to know our neighbors,” said Pastor Charles Ragland.

The First Christian Church praise band will be performing in the parking lot.  A putting green and playground is available for the children and youth.

The parking lot has been recently updated.  Boy Scout Mathew Kotoff has completed sealing and stripping the church’s parking lot as a scout project.

Friendship Feast leaders have committed their support to make sure everyone receives a free, hot meal every Monday between 5 and 6:30 p.m.
