CHS seniors reflect on mothers, friendship during annual event

CLAREMORE —

“When you drop your son or daughter off at college for the first time, it feels like you’re leaving them there for good, but I don’t think they see it that way. I think they know that you’re always there and they know that they need to go out on their own, and (parents) need to be strong for them.”
At the end of the Senior Tea, mothers had the opportunity to write down three of the most important advice tips for their daughters to use as encouragement when away at school.
