CLAREMORE —

The Sequoyah Public Schools Foundation will host the annual “WIld Thing” dinner and auction at 6 p.m. Feb. 1 at the Olan Graham Field House, located at 16441 South 4180 Road.
In conjunction with the dinner, highlights of the evening include a live and silent auction, and live performance from country and southern rock band Cripple Creek.
Funds from ticket purchases and auction items will support the foundation’s promotion of educational excellence within the district.
As a nonprofit organization, the Sequoyah Public Schools Foundation provides teachers grants to support programs and teaching projects for which funds are not always available from federal, state or local levels.
Tickets for the “Wild Thing” dinner and auction are $12 and can be purchased at the central office, located at 16401 South 4180 Road.
Attendees will enjoy an “Eagle Dynasty”-inspired meal that will include fried turkey, ham, elk meatballs, deep south jumbalaya, baked potatoes, camo duck cake, peach cobbler, pecan pie and more.
