TULSA — Cascia Hall put things away early Friday night. Collecting 35 points in the first quarter, the Commandos walloped Chelsea, 70-0, in a District 2A-7 high school football game.

Cascia Hall, ranked No. 3 in Class 2A, scored on a punt return to open the scoring, then added nine more touchdowns to inflate their record to 6-0, and 3-0 in the district.

While the offense was lighting up the scoreboard, the Cascia defense was having an equally outstanding effort.

Cascia limited Chelsea to 45 total yards of offense. Cascia picked off two Chelsea passes and returned them for touchdowns.

Cascia entered the game as the third-highest scoring team in all of Class 2A, putting up 41 points per start. A week ago, Cascia blitzed Chouteau, 61-0.

Chelsea is 1-5 and 1-2 in the district.
