It might have been a beautiful night at Legion Field Monday night, but it was an ugly finish for the Claremore Red Diamond League team.

Jenks rallied for four runs in the top of the fifth and final inning and turned back the Red team, 7-5.

Juan Rasales was the winning pitcher, striking out five and scattering eight hits over five innings.

Hunter Hines took the loss. He struck out seven before being relieved by Justin Burnette with one out in the fifth.

Will Kilpatrick led Claremore Red with three hits in three at-bats and drove in two runs.

Tulsa Memorial JV used a pair of three-run innings to get past Claremore White, 6-5, in the first game Monday night.

The Diamond League schedule resumes for Claremore Tuesday night in Owasso. Claremore White plays Owasso JV at 6 p.m., followed by Owasso and Claremore Red at 8 p.m.
