OOLOGAH — It was a blip on the radar when Glenpool took a 7-0 lead on No. 3 Oologah Friday. After that score, the Mustangs rattled off 51 straight points in a 51-21 non-district victory.

The Mustangs (3-0) answered with three Chance Deitz scores, a 51-yard pass to Cole Dunbar, a 4-yard run and a 79-yard pass, again to Dunbar, to make it 21-7.

Gunter Pearson scored from the 1, Zach Wright ran one in from 20 yards. Deitz and Pearson each added touchdowns on runs of 1 and 20 yards, respectively.

Joseph Mahan rounded off the rout with a 25-yard field goal to end the first half with Oologah up 51-7.

Glenpool added two late touchdowns in the fourth quarter to make the score look more respectable.
