LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Senior Baylor Harvey lowered his own cross country school record and finished second in the NCAA Division II field at the Greater Louisville Cross Country Classic on Saturday (Sept. 30) at E.P. Tom Sawyer State Park.

He finished second in the field of NCAA Division II runners and 25 overall in a field that included 30 NCAA Division I programs.
In a field that included 30 NCAA Division I teams and three nationally ranked NCAA Division II teams, the Hillcats ranked third of the NCAA D2 programs. Grand Valley State, ranked No. 2 in the country, finished second with No. 14-ranked Bellarmine just ahead of the Hillcats in an even performance between the two top 15 programs. Bellarmine totaled 55 points to finish two in front of RSU with its 57 points. The Cats, however, posted a faster average time by five hundredths of a second at 25:17.19.
