CLAREMORE — Claremore Zebra fans once again are encouraged to ‘Pack the House’ for Senior Night this Friday at Lantow Field.

The Zebras (8-1 overall, 5-1 in District 5A-4) will host Grove (1-8 overall, 0-6 district) in the regular season finale at 7:30 p.m.

With Claremore’s win over Coweta last Friday night, the Zebras guaranteed the No. 2 spot in District 5A-4 and received a home playoff berth on Nov. 9.

“We’ve been working all season long to reach that goal — bringing a home playoff game back to Claremore,” Claremore head football coach Rob Gilbreath said. “And, the hard work is finally paying off. This team deserves to have the town behind them as we continue to put Claremore Zebra football back on the map.”

Gilbreath added that each week is huge once you make the playoffs and to have the support of our fans can play a major factor in the outcome of those games.

“It’s important that our fans are our loud and proud. The team feeds off their enthusiasm,” Gilbreath said.

The Zebras will honor 15 seniors on the football team at 7 p.m. on Friday night.

Admission to the football game is $5 and the Claremore High School Band will have a Light Show immediately after the game.
