Razorback fans may choose football season tickets online

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — In order to continue to provide the best possible customer service, Razorback Athletics and the Razorback Foundation have partnered with Ballena Technologies to allow season ticket holders the opportunity to choose their seats through an online virtual venue.

All season ticket holders will be given an opportunity to request an appointment to log in and access virtual maps of both Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium and War Memorial Stadium. The virtual maps will show all open seating inventories for the 2014 season. Once logged in to the system, at the assigned appointment time, fans will be able to:

Add additional season tickets to their order

Move and/or upgrade existing seats to a different available location of their choosing

Select seats for newly purchased season tickets

Everyone who renews their season tickets before the March 31 deadline will be assigned seats in the same location as last season. For those assigned seats in a priority seating area, you will be assigned seats in the same location as long as your Letter of Intent has been returned and your account is in good standing prior to the March 31 deadline.

If you are not a current season ticket holder, please contact the Razorback Ticket Center at 1-800-982-HOGS (4647) to make a season ticket deposit prior to March 31. Accounts that have made a season ticket deposit prior to March 31, will receive an appointment time. If you have questions about priority seating or wish to become a member, please contact the Razorback Foundation at (479) 443‐9000.

Those who request an appointment, will receive an exclusive date and time in which each account holder will be able to log-in and make changes based on seating guidelines. Appointments will be scheduled based on Priority Points rank within a Razorback Foundation member's current classification. After all Razorback Foundation members have been accommodated, remaining season ticket holders will be assigned based on years of football season ticket purchases.

For questions or additional information, please contact the Razorback Foundation at (479) 443-9000 or Or you may contact the Razorback Ticket Center at 800-982-HOGS (4647) or
