Sign up now for OSU Baseball Camp

STILLWATER — Oklahoma State Baseball will be holding a pair of camps in June for players in grades 1-8, and registration is now open.

Session I of the camp is June 17-19, with Session II set for June 24-26, and cost for each camp is $200. Camp runs from 9 a.m.-noon each day.

The three-day summer camps offer an inside look at Oklahoma State University and the baseball program. The camp experience includes a campus tour, top-notch baseball instruction and the opportunity to interact with Cowboy players and coaches.

The goal for the younger player (grades 1-6) is to teach baseball fundamentals in a fun and energetic atmosphere. All players play an active role in camp and are continually involved in drills of all aspects. Participants will generally play in their own age group or grade level. However, we reserve the right to move a camper up in age groups, depending on his ability and skill.

The older players in camp (grades 7-8) will focus on baseball fundamentals to help the player prepare for the transition to high school baseball. Emphasis will be on individual position play, hitting fundamentals and game play experience.
