Rural Water District 3 watering rationing lifted

CLAREMORE — Rural Water District 3 has lifted all watering restrictions today as a result of milder weather conditions and completion of area construction projects.

“We are excited about lifting the ban and feel that even if high temperatures return we have got it covered,” said Rick Stull District Manager.

New pipelines and pumps added this summer will make a difference if problems occur according to Stull.

“We appreciate all our customers observing the previous restrictions and helping us, and your neighbors, through a very difficult time,” he said.

District officials are looking forward to business as usual and to keep the water flowing.

RWD 3 covers a swath from Owasso to Foyil and is based in Tacora Hills.
