Jody Wynn and Daniel Clements, both of Claremore, recently exchanged wedding vows to become husband and wife. The couple was wed May 17, 2008, at the Circle of Light Chapel in Eureka Springs, Ark. with Yael Hana Powell officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Jamie Wade of Claremore, and John MacSween of Claremore. She is the granddaughter of Lalah Castro of Claremore.
Jody attended Claremore High School, class of 1995. She is currently a part-time student at Rogers State University, and employed at County Records in Owasso.
The groom is the son of Lowell and JoAnn Hornback of Fairland.
Daniel graduated from Grove High School, class of 1992. He attended NEO College in Miami, and is currently employed at ParFab Industries in Inola.
Colors of purple, lavender, and navy blue accented the country and western theme.
The bride wore a champagne colored cathedral length gown with a sweetheart neckline and an embroidered bodice. She carried a bouquet of hand-tied roses.
Jody was escorted by her sons, Brennen and Jayden Wynn.
Mickayla Waldrup, daughter of the bride, served as maid of honor, wearing a deep purple strapless floor-length gown.
Brittany Clements, daughter of the groom, served as best man. She wore a periwinkle, asymmetric, floor-length gown.
A reception was held at the chapel. It featured a catered lunch, champagne toasts and a two-tired vanilla cake with white chocolate buttercream frosting.
After a honeymoon in a secluded log cabin in Eureka Springs, the couple will reside in the Claremore/Verdigris area.
