Bozzell, Houston unite in marriage June 16

Sarah Ann Bozzell and Christopher Lee Houston were wed in an afternoon ceremony on June 16, 2007, at Vesica Piscis Chapel in Catoosa. Gerald Biswell officiated the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Thomas and Pamela Bozzell of Claremore. She is the granddaughter of Elva Colwell of Owasso.

Sarah is a 2002 graduate of Claremore High School. She was educated as a medical assistant, nurse aide, and home health aide. She currently works at Claremore Children’s Center.

The groom is the son of Chris and Linda Houston of Claremore. He is the grandson of Helen and Darrell Allison of Claremore.

Christopher is a 2001 graduate of Claremore High School. He is employed at Rent-A-Center as an accounts manager.

The wedding colors were white, wine, and silver. Father and son of the bride walked her down the aisle.

The bride wore a white floor length dress, with sleeves just off the shoulders. She carried wine and white roses and orchids.

Rachel Sipes, best of the bride, was maid of honor, with Melissa Berard serving as bridesmaid. Chloe Morgan was flower girl.

Jeff Jones, best friend of the groom, stood as best man. Adam Houston, groom’s brother, was groomsman.

Kevin Dudley and Randy Dudley were ushers. Candace Sipes was guest book attendant.

The groom also said vows to the bride’s son, Cameron Bozzell.

The wedding cake was three tiers with satin ribbon lining the bottom of each tier. The groom’s cake was in the shape of a tree stomp with initials carved in it.
