Winton, Gatrell marry in Las Vegas


Dr. Lindsay Dallas Winton, of Claremore, and Lt. Gavin Dean Gatrell, formerly of Inola, became husband and wife in an outdoor, gazebo setting ceremony in Las Vegas. The wedding was held July 10, 2007 with the couple’s immediate family in attendance.

The bride is the daughter of John and Candy Cummings of Claremore. She is the granddaughter of Robert and Elaine Budde of Chelsea, and Wanda and the late Bill Winton of Chelsea.

Lindsay is a graduate of Oologah High School and a graduate of OU College of Pharmacy with a degree in Pharm D. She works for Wal-Mart Pharmacy.

The groom is the son of Kevin and Rhonda Gatrell of Broken Arrow. He is the grandson of Dale and Sandra Clifton of Inola, and Dean and Norma Gatrell of Inola.

Gavin is a Inola High School graduate and RSU graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Aviation Technology. He graduated from the Academy of Military Science in 2007, and is completing pilot training at Vance Air Force Base in Enid.

The bride’s colors were red and white. She wore a white taffeta strapless sweetheart gown adorned with beading and rhinestone tiara. She carried a bouquet of red roses.

A reception honoring the newlyweds was held July 21. A video of the wedding was played for guests.

After honeymooning in Las Vegas, the couple will reside in Enid.
