Claremore teens perform  “Peter and the Starcatcher” this weekend

Robson Performing Arts Center’s Teen Imagine Action Theatre Camp met throughout July to bring Peter Pan to life. This weekend, Claremore 12 through 19 year olds will perform in “Peter and the Starcatcher,” written by Rick Elice with music by Wayne Barker, based on the novel by Dave Barry and Ridley Pearson.

“Peter and the Starcatcher,” tells the story of Peter Pan before Neverland, and provides backstory on Mrs. Darling, Tinker Bell and Captain Hook.

The play opens Friday at 7 p.m. at the Robson PAC Black Box Theatre and will also run Saturday at 7 p.m. and Sunday at 2 p.m.

Tickets are $8 for adults and $5 for children, payable by cash or check at the box office.
