Claremore Main Street’s Food Truck Thursday returns to Downtown Claremore this week. Sponsored by Midtown Rental, Claremore Strong kicks off on Thursday, June 25 from 6p.m. – 9p.m.
The evening will feature music, late shopping, delicious food, Angry Ax Throwing, a free Kids Zone by Cedar Point Church and much more!
“We are very excited to get our Food Truck Thursday season started back for the new year,” said Jacob Garrison, Executive Director of Claremore Main Street. “This has always been an event that brings the community together.”
Food trucks include A-Roll, Bus Stop BBQ, Curbside Comfort, Hello Sunshine Ice Cream, Hoops Philly Truck, Kona-Ice, La Hermosa, Mr. Yummies Delicious Food, My Baby Can Cook, Not Your Grandmas Cupcakes, Pineapple Whip, Ropin Flamingo, Squeeze Me Lemonade, Taqueria el Jarocho, Wild Al’s Wings & Things, and Wine Works.
The Kids Zone by Cedar Point Church is completely free to attendees, but parents are asked to watch their children while they enjoy the games and fun activities.
Hand wash stations will be available, provided by Volunteers for Youth.
“We want our community to feel safe, and to come enjoy the event with us. We will be encouraging all that attend to practice social distancing. It’s going to be a great year in downtown Claremore.”
Food Truck Thursday will run monthly on the final Thursday of the month. Upcoming dates are July 30, August 27, September 24 and our final Food Truck of the year will be on Halloween night, Saturday October 31.
The monthly event is hosted by Claremore Main Street, a nonprofit organization dedicated to the revitalization of the downtown district and reigniting the area as the social core of our community.
