Will Rogers Library

The Will Rogers Library is encouraging everyone to take the time to unwind after a busy holiday season. What could be a better way to kick off the New Year than with new books, and a new Adult Winter Reading Program! “For most of our patrons, the favorite way to relax is with a good book” said Library Director Sherry Beach.

“We just add a little extra festivity to celebrate the New Year, with the chance to win some fun prizes just for doing what you love to do!” The ‘reading bingo’ style program is designed to get library customers to read something new, explore some books or authors they haven’t read before, and discover everything the library has to offer. There will be drawings and prizes, and the final Grand Prize drawing will be for a new Kindle Fire tablet.

The Adult Winter Reading Program will run January through February, with the Prize Drawings for Book Bags, Gift Baskets and Grand Prize Kindle Fire drawing held February 29th. Gift baskets are on display now at the library. To participate, stop by the library, sign up and receive your entry card and instructions. The more you read, the more chances you’ll have to win!
