Graduating seniors eligible for Reveille Rotary Scholarship High school seniors interested in applying for the annual Claremore Reveille Rotary Club’s Service Scholarship program have until Friday, April 15, to submit application.
All Rogers County seniors who will be graduating this spring are eligible to apply for a $500 award which can be applied toward the costs of attending college or a CareerTech school of their choice in the fall.
Applications can be obtained by contacting a school counselor or by contacting Steve Gragert at firstname.lastname@example.org or (918) 343-8118.
High School seniors who receive the Reveille Rotary Scholarship and plan to attend Rogers State University in the fall will also be eligible for a matching tuition waiver.
The criteria for applicants includes Rogers County High school senior graduating this spring with a demonstrated a commitment to community service.
In addition, applicants are asked to submit a brief biographical description which includes family information, name of school they plan to attend and intended field of study and a description of school activities and volunteer service within school or community; letter of recommendation from a non-profit organization attesting to service work and a high school transcript.
Completed applications and supporting documents must be mailed to the Scholarship Committee, Claremore Reveille Rotary Club, P.O. Box 1653, Claremore, OK 74018, postmarked no later than Thursday, April 15.
