The Kum&Go remodel announced in November is well underway, and it started with the complete demolition.

“Demolition of the old store, canopy and the other various buildings is complete,” said Kum&Go spokesperson Ariel Rubin. “We are currently building the building pad and getting ready to construct a retaining wall.”

Construction of the new building is expected to begin in June.

“Our newer, larger stores offer a more consistent store experience to our customers with on-site kitchens, fresh food and a variety of fuels,” Ariel said.

The store is expected to reopen this fall.
