The “odor of alcoholic beverage” was noted by law enforcement in a injury collision Sunday.

According to Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports, the collision took happened on south 4096 Road, one mile north of Oologah in Rogers County, around 7:57 a.m.

OHP says, a 19-year old Claremore woman was driving a 2011 Chevy Silverado.

She was backing from a private drive when the passenger, a 19- year old Oologah man, “attempted to enter the vehicle while it was in motion, lost his footing and was struck by the vehicle.”

The man was transported to a Tulsa hospital where he was admitted in stable condition.

OHP reports the condition of the driver as “normal” but cites an odor of alcoholic beverage on the passenger.
