TPO, under the direction of Bob Archer, is made up of musicians who profess faith in Jesus Christ and love playing Big Band style. The orchestra performs throughout the Midwest, including performances at Silver Dollar City and the Grand Palace in Branson, MO. They have performed in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Texas, Missouri, Kansas, New Mexico, New Jersey and New York. They have also been at the forefront of numerous high-profile events, performing concerts for U.S. senators, congressmen, and former Vice President Dick Cheney. In addition, TPO was the featured orchestra at the 125th Anniversary of the Statue of Liberty in New York City.

Dave Boyer is one of the best Big-Band singers – in the style of Frank Sinatra, Vic Damone and Tony Bennett. As a child, he learned old hymns and Gospel songs around the piano in his mother's house singing with his brothers and sisters, and in his preacher-father's church every time the church doors were opened. The seduction of Big-Time show business drew him away from his family’s God, and those songs of faith only held sentimental value to him in his early career.

Today, Dave Boyer sings these familiar melodies and time-honored lyrics with a depth of passion and understanding that comes, not from his fine talent or extraordinary stylistic expertise, but from the grateful heart of a once-broken man whose messed-up life was miraculously transformed by the power of Jesus Christ!
