Bingo, Bingo, Bingo. Inola Gammi Pi ESA is offering a triple treat of Bingo nights with the popular fundraiser scheduled in January, February, and March. The bingos are family friendly at twenty-five cents per card per game for a chance to win one or more of the variety of prizes that will be available. Concessions will be available throughout the evening. Donations of non perishable food for the Ministry House will be taken at the door. Each donation earns a drawing ticket for a basket of goodies. Special needs are box dinners, peanut butter, and canned meats such as Tuna. The events will be held at the Round Up Club in Inola.
On January 21st at 4 p.m. money raised will be given to Inola Special Olympics. Some of these athletes and their families will be on hand to assist the ESA ladies. Ann Lee’s Violet Project, which helps families of premature infants with needs during the time the babies are in NICU, will benefit from monies made at the February 18th Bingo. Operating expenses for ESA’s charitable works come from the bingo on March 25th. All games start at 4 p.m. on the selected Saturdays.
Many games start with a regular bingo, followed by a special arrangement of the numbers, and end in a blackout for a bigger prize. In addition there may be silent auction or special raffles to bid on. The fun ends between eight or nine when all prizes are gone.
Plenty of parking and a welcoming atmosphere inside await the game players. So mark your calendars for January 21, February 18, and March 25th. The spring yard sale has been set for May 19th and 20th and Bunco for August 26th.
