Allegations that he stole a truck from the yard at the Tulsa Pepsi plant resulted in the arrest of Jory Pollard.

Claremore Police Department reports show the Tulsa resident was arrested with a stolen vehicle in Claremore on Lynn Riggs Blvd. around 6:43 a.m.

According to CPD records, Pollard was located in the truck and was asked where e he got it.

CPD’s Officer Nate Reed reported, “I made contact with Pollard...he told me that he did steal the truck in Tulsa. He told me that the keys were in the ignition. Pollard also possessed a bank style bag with the Pepsi emblem. The bag possessed a disposable camera and a charger-style cord.”

Pollard was arrested on allegations of possession of a stolen vehicle and concealing stolen property.

As of Friday morning no charges have been filed by Rogers County District Court.
