Felony charges have been filled against Theodore Insogna, accused of the attempted kidnapping of an 11-year old girl.
Rogers County court records show the 44-year old Catoosa man was arrested August 5 and felony charges were filed in district court this week.
He is accused of "following an 11-year old child throughout Walmart, and then engaging her in conversation when she was away from the presence of her mother."
Insogna reportedly told the girl "she had a pretty face" and said "I have something to show you, come out to my car."
Records show that when questioned by police, Insogna "admits to momentarily impeding the child from returning to her mother while speaking with her."
Insogna was arrested and booked into Rogers County Jail. Bond has been set at $200,000.
